Do I have to extend the support?
No. The first 2 months are included in every package; after that it’s your call. Your website stays online without an extension too; changes are then always possible as a separate job.
What counts as a small feature?
Anything that can be added without restructuring what’s there – an extra form field, a new section or an embed. If a request is bigger, I tell you up front and you get a separate quote.
Do you look after websites you didn’t build?
That depends on the website’s tech and condition. Tell me about it via the form – I’ll take a look and tell you honestly whether it’s a fit.
How do I report something?
Simply by email – with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot. You get a reply within 48 hours on working days.
